We started in 2006 to bring genuinely hand-made biscuits and shortbread to London-based organisations who have a discerning client base – and clients who simply enjoy a delicious biscuit, full of flavour and texture!
Using only natural ingredients and taking no shortcuts, the result is a biscuit that is still true to how many of us remember them from days seemingly long-gone.
We bake a standard range, but we also like to experiment, so there’s often something new and interesting to try. And why not try our Chocolate Chip biscuit, using a recipe almost 100 years old, passed down through my family and still baked faithfully to the original recipe – a taste of history.
That’s who we are – the old and the new, but all made and baked traditionally, by hand. A little bit different to the High Street, but just so perfectly delicious.
